Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We support a 60-day return service for all eligible commodities. Customers can apply for return application within the valid return period if they are not satisfied with the purchased products. All returned goods must remain unopened, intact in packaging and free from man-made damage to meet the return approval standards.

Refund Processing Cycle

After we receive and inspect the returned goods completely, the refund procedure will be initiated immediately. The refund funds will be returned to the original payment account within 5 to 10 working days. The actual arrival time of the funds is subject to the processing rules of the customer's payment institution.

Return Instructions

All return applications must be submitted through the designated customer service channel. Customers need to truthfully fill in the return reason and provide relevant product pictures as required. We will uniformly arrange the return logistics channel, and customers do not need to bear the extra cost generated by the return.

Non-Refundable Situation

Products that have been opened, used, damaged artificially or expired are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable return applications that do not comply with the return regulations. For individual special commodities, the return rules shall be subject to the product page description.
